A superb team exercise. Easily find out your top five strengths through a scientifically validated online test. Let everyone in the team do the same and then you share the strengths with each other. Magical things will happen.

I was introduced to High5test during a networking event. I took a test online and 20 minutes later I had a compilation of my top 5 strengths with a brief description. It became very clear to me where my driving forces are.
Over the years I have done several extensive and expensive behavioral and personality tests. Myers Briggs. The disc analysis. IDI. The Enneagram. This is not like those. It is something as simple as understanding one's main strengths. But the coolest thing is what happens when we share them with each other.
I went home and asked the entire team of 18 employees to do the test. Then we shared our five strengths with each other, one by one, and told each other about examples of different situations when we use our strengths. And how they benefit ourselves, our work and colleagues. It was lovely to see how everyone's faces really lit up when they told the story. There were many nods from colleagues, recognition and aha experiences. With the help of a brief description of our strengths, we gained a better understanding of each other. And the talks made us feel good. As individuals and in the team. We shared a nice and valuable moment for which several expressed gratitude.
In recruitment, I started asking final candidates to take the test and talk about their strengths, which often could confirm my view. I asked those who were hired to express their strengths in the first meeting with the team. In this way, the colleagues got a unique positive feeling for, and perception of, their new colleague in record time.
Do the exercise in your team! A simple and valuable way to understand and appreciate yourself and your colleagues. The test is in English. A quick registration is required. Good luck.
I can help you facilitate the exercise in your team. Introduction, description of the test, implementation, take-aways, dialogue exercise and feedback.
Footnote: I have no personal gain in recommending this test. I share because I myself feel that the test together with dialogue has been rewarding and powerful in developing teams. And in recruitment.

High5test is described as "a 20-minute scientifically validated psychometric test". It consists of 20 strengths divided into four categories and the combination of strengths is unique to each individual. The categories are "thinking", "doing", "motivating" and "feeling". Your five strengths are recurring patterns of your thoughts, decisions, actions and feelings that also meet certain criteria: 1. It is natural for you to use and develop the abilities. 2. You get positive energy when you use your strengths. 3. Other people also perceive that you have these strengths. 4. The strengths align with your values. 5. They satisfy your inner needs.
I'm guessing it's healthy to have some spread of one's strengths across the different four categories - especially worth considering if the test is used in recruitment.
Example:
Strength: Self-believer
Category: Motivating
Description: "Your objective is to radiate confidence. You are not worried by what the future holds and, deep inside your heart, you know you will get through no matter what happens. Your inner confidence and self-motivation allow you to take risks, face new challenges, stake claims, and most importantly, deliver on your word. Your confidence applies not only to your abilities but also to your judgments. You seem to make the right decisions in all situations, which, for others, creates a sense of trust and security. This feeling of certainty is crucial for driving the decision-making process in any team."
